Building Strong leadership is Crucial For Your Success In MLM Direct Sales
In order to succeed in mlm direct sales you must develop a strong leadership team. This takes time and effort on your part. I consider the MLM model as “Brandchising ” which is a bit different then “Franchising”. The differences are quite obvious, we aren’t required to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to get started. We don’t have to manufacture, ship or produce product. Our job is to locate great people and introduce them to our products and opportunity then to help them become Leaders in our teams.
You first must become the Leader you are looking to bring into your organization. The people in your organization will respond to your challenge to take the leadership mantle when they see what you do, not what you say. You must lead your people by example.
Some of the greatest books you can read to develop your leadership skills are Think and Grow Rich, 21 Irrefutable laws of Leadership, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, and the Seven Habits.
One of my good friends and mentors Dan McCormick says Readers Are Leaders and I agree 100%. Dan also recently authored a great book I suggest called Lessons From Great Lives. It is great reading.
Another friend and mlm direct sales leader, Nathan Ricks says the faster you create your Leadership Team the sooner you will have Success in mlm direct sales.
