Why Network Marking Is The Greatest Business…   What could be more wonderful than finding a great way to make money that lets you decide your own hours – when you’re going to work and for how long, or whether or not you should take a day off, or even whether you want to arrive at the office in your pajamas, blue jeans… or whatever you want to wear!

The true magic of Network Marketing is that you get to decide all those things, working from your own home.   The great thing is that network marketing is a business venture that you can start out by devoting a relatively small amount of money and part time hours to and still create a second income.   You don’t have to quit your regular job and jump in with both feet from the start.   You can ease your way in to network marketing and out of your tired old job at a sane pace – one that is comfortable for you.

Most people start out with network marketing in this way.  They keep working at their regular jobs and begin their home business in their free hours. This is a great way to do it, because it minimizes your risk.  You still have your regular job with your regular income coming in for stability and security, but you also have the knowledge that you’re working towards something better.

At first, the money you make from network marketing is simply extra earnings.  It brings in some more income for the little bit of time you’re spending on developing your business each week.   But then, over time, you will see the earnings from network marketing increase. This side income is wonderful. It can help you pay off extra bills or save up for something – maybe a luxury cruise or a new car.

This is a great way to begin your network marketing business, starting small and building it into something huge.   But don’t forget that even when you begin this way you have to be sure to treat it like a business, scheduling  time every week to work on it. Make certain that you’re taking time to learn what it means to really be successful because the more you learn, the more your business will grow.

As you continue to work at your regular job, and also at your new business, building up your side income, you’ll notice that the network marketing income will start gaining on your regular job!  Your part time network marketing income will catch up with your full time job income. This is where things get really exciting!

Eventually, you will have the option of leaving your old job so that you can spend your work hours making more money with network marketing.   At this point, you’re giving yourself the gift of freedom to be your own boss.   You’ll have the option of saying good-bye to your old boss and a job that you probably didn’t like all that much, or that wasn’t paying you enough.   Are you getting paid what you’re worth from your job right now?

When  you work from home you set your own hours.  Nobody tells you what to do, when to do it, and how much you’ll be paid for it.  You are your own boss, and you are in complete control.  It’s true that you still have to do work, there are no ways around that, but it’s pretty nifty when you can decide when you’re going in to “the office” and for how long instead of having your Boss do it for you.

Starting small with your network marketing venture, while keeping your old job can be a very safe way to accomplish something life-changing. You need some time for your business to get off the ground.  But once that happens, the sky is the limit!

Network Marketing… Where else can you go today and Get Paid What You Are Worth.Have you ever heard this…  Your friends have probably complained that they aren’t getting paid what they are really worth, that their boss doesn’t truly appreciate them, and that they deserve a whole lot more. You’ve probably said it yourself, “I’m worth more than what they’re paying me for this job!”

The trouble is that when you take a job your boss or the company guidelines set your wage. You have no control whatsoever over what you get paid for your time and effort. Sure, you’ll hopefully get raises if you’re well behaved, and maybe you have a union that helps to get better pay and benefits for employees, but it all just feels too much like school doesn’t it? You are told what to do, when to do it, and how much you’ll be paid. Oh, and also when you’ll be “let go” and fired. Do you really have any control?

Of course, you can be the hardest worker around and maybe get a bonus or a little extra pay for that. But still, the bottom line is that you have virtually nothing to say about how much you make for the job that you do. You accept what you are given, and that’s that.

There are many very skilled, smart and hard-working people out there who aren’t paid nearly what they are worth. Companies have costs to think about, and they want to make a profit. And don’t forget about the bonuses that the company CEOs and Board Members expect! When you factor all that in, it’s obvious that you’re not going to make as much as you should be making.

There is a saying which is true for almost every company and almost every employee: “Companies pay just enough so the workers don’t quit, and the workers do just enough work so they don’t get fired”.

This is exactly why many peo ple make the decision to work for themselves. When you work for yourself, the profits are yours! You can keep a check on anything that gets spent, and you control how much you earn. That’s all under your control when you own your own business. You’re not at someone else’s mercy.

Owning your own business is the only real way to gain control over how much you earn. If you want to earn more money and set your own income, not to mention your own hours and guidelines for when and how you do your work, you should look into network marketing.

You do Network Marketing every day, without even realising it. Every time you recommend a great book, or a tasty restaurant, you are promoting something. But then if your friends and family then went out and bought that book or ate in that tasty restaurant, you wouldn’t get paid a penny.

When you sign up with a Network Marketing company, you get paid every time you recommend someone to them. Signing up is easy, and you get to run your own business from your own home, earning whatever you choose. Network Marketing is all about finding people and introducing them to a company with good value and excellent products.

Now just imagine how much you could earn if every time your friend went back to that tasty restaurant, you got paid. How many people would you recommend? This is exactly the same in Network Marketing. Every time the people you recommend re-use and re-order the products, you get paid. This is called “residual income”.

Earning residual income (money you get paid whether you work or not) is what will provide you with the ongoing funds to both run your business and live a life of more freedom, less stress and more profits for your hard work.
As long as you are willing to use your time and energy to build your network marketing business, working with the right team of people, you’re going to find that you can get paid what you’re worth – like no job you’ve ever had before in your life!

Many factors can attribute to our success as a Network Marketer.  Besides the fact that you need:

A great company, a supportive Mastermind Team, a success team system ,and a great product, it is also essential you have the winning mindset necessary for success.

In the beginning we are fueled with excitement, enthusiasm, hope and a very positive attitude.  It’s new and it’s fun even though it is challenging learning everything necessary to get us on the track to success. We are on a high.  We are on a roll.  We are going places.

However, we all encounter disappointments, frustrations and set backs.  That’s just how life is. These situations or circumstances are different for all of us.

-Maybe your immediate sponsor quits.
-A trusted leader or upline never returns your email or phone call.
-Your best friends don’t want any involvement in your wonderful new adventure.
-Your family is non supportive.
-Your upline offended you.
-A valued associate jumped to the latest, newest pre-launch opportunity.
-You aren’t finding enough prospects.
-Your partners are doing better than you.

Or maybe:

-You have information overload.

-You are overwhelmed.

-You are out of money.

-You want to quit!

When your business isn’t playing out like you hoped it would, if you are not careful you could find yourself with a dark cloud hanging over you.
Whatever it may be for you, the bottom line is the more we dwell on such things, the bigger the dark cloud grows.  Just remember it happens to all of us.  We are no different than the next marketer.

However, depression does not come from “those things”.  It comes from dwelling on those factors, taking them personally and allowing them to consume us.  Depression can strangle you until you become one of the statistics of failure, because you quit.

If you truly can’t pull yourself up by your bootstraps and get out of your funk, then seek out a trusted leader who has a vested interest in your success to help you get the proper perspective and move out from under that cloud.

Our attitude is so powerful!  It can make or break us.  Material things come and go but our values and attitudes are ingrained in us and we can exercise control over our thoughts. Change your attitude and change your life is often heard and it is most assuredly true.

We know that planting positive information into our mind is absolutely essential for our success.  Paying careful attention to personal development by listening to inspirational cds, reading uplifting books, practicing daily affirmations, visualizing our success, praying and being accountable to a Mastermind team is so necessary for our growth and to move forward in life.  We do not have to succumb to the dark cloud of depression.  By practicing the disciplines mentioned we can be in control of our attitudes.

It’s all summed up in one of my favorite, well known quotes by Charles Swindoll, a minister and bestselling author:

“The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.  The remarkable thing is that we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.  We cannot change our past; we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way.  We cannot change the inevitable.  The only thing we can do is play on the string we have, and that is our attitude.  I’m convinced that life is 10 percent what happens to me and 90 percent how I react to ti.  And so it is with you.  We are in charge of our attitudes.”

So, what ever you encounter when the events in your life don’t unfold as you have expected them to, you will be able to think clearly and quickly draw upon your storehouse of foundational beliefs not wasting precious time under the dark cloud of depression.

Is it always easy?  No. But it’s so critical to remember….

Last months Jobs Report Far Worst Then Expected.. Its Time To Wake Up . Only 18,000 jobs created last month. The economy is in shambles. The unemployment rate is 9.2%.  If you think anyone has security in this economy you better think again.  Just look around … You can see and feel the effects everywhere.

Non-farm payrolls rose only 18,000, the weakest reading since September, the Labor Department said on Friday, well below economists’ expectations for a 90,000 rise.

Many economists raised their forecasts on Thursday after a stronger-than-expected reading on U.S. private hiring from payrolls processor ADP, and they expected gains of anywhere between 125,000 and 175,000.

The unemployment rate climbed to 9.2 percent, the highest since December, from 9.1 percent in May.

The government revised April and May payrolls to show 44,000 fewer jobs created than previously reported. The report shattered expectations that the economy was starting to accelerate after a soft patch in the first half of the year.

The private sector added 57,000, accounting for all the jobs created, with government employment shrinking 39,000 because of fiscal problems at local and state governments.

Listen, we all need to do something that will secure our futures’.  I for one would not even think about counting on a paycheck from some company anymore.  It could be gone in the blink of an eye.

Have you ever thought about How People In Network Marketing Did Business 60 Years Ago. This was before the Internet, computers, social media, and all the rest of the gadgets we rely on today.  Some of the legends in the industry were doing networking and earning incredible money back then.  But how could that be??

I have posted a article written by Cathie Heath that really brings the point across.  I enjoyed reading it very much and hope you do also.

My DSL has been either sputtering or totally out for a couple weeks now.
They’ve been working at trying to locate and fix the problem…something
about squirrels (I kid you not!)

Thing is, bushy-tailed little creatures aside, this situation hasn’t stopped
me from working.  As a matter of fact, it’s times like these that make me
grateful that I didn’t grow up using computers, the Internet and fancy
widgets.  I can tap into my experience and find a way to get the job done.
And it got me to thinking…

In the grand scheme of things, the technology we take for granted is
relatively new.  When I first began in the industry, the state-of-the-art
was a push button phone! (I know I’m dating myself LOL)

The point is, it seems we’ve all gotten pretty dependent on the technology
at our fingertips, and when something glitches out (or crashes), the tendency
to think we can’t get any work done is quite common.

Sure, we’re not able to do many of the tasks that we’re accustomed to, but
I’d like to suggest that using things like “my computer crashed” as an excuse
is just that…an excuse.

The casualties of technology…calling people on the phone, mailing them a
postcard or letter and meeting people IN PERSON…still work, and work well.

Think about it.  We’re all flooded with emails, webinars, promotional videos,
messages on social media sites, etc.  On any given day we can find 100’s of
folks selling the same widget, offering the same service and producing the
same videos.

All the information has caused us to numb out.  We don’t even notice the vast
majority of what’s thrown in front of us on a daily basis.

But the person who mailed us something, called us on the phone or talked with
us in person…THAT person we remember.

Combine that with the determination to get things done, no matter what roadblocks
are thrown in our way (like over-achieving squirrels) and we have a winner!

So the next time your computer is acting up, your video won’t upload or that
app on your phone isn’t working the way you’d hoped, you can use it as an excuse…
or you can find a way, as Larry the Cable Guy says, to “git ‘er done.”

I just heard a report on CNN News this morning that it appears we could be headed for a double dip recession.The stock market had its worst day yesterday that it has had all year. Home foreclosure’s continue to impact the housing market and the Current Unemployment Rate is worst then it has been since the 1930′s.  Right now there are millions of  people looking for jobs. In my humble opinion it could get a lot worst in our economy before it starts to improve. This is based on all the news we hear everyday.  I do not believe that anyone can depend on a paycheck any longer. If you are really looking to secure your future you need to develop a different plan. My suggestion is to get started in Network Marketing To Build Your Own Future.  While some layoffs have slowed, they have not stopped, and many workers remain fearful about what the future holds for them and their families.
