Here is some outstanding information on the network marketing business That I received by email. It is so good that I wanted to share it with you. It demonstrates what you can really accomplish in the industry. It is called Learn and Earn in Network Marketing.

The one thing that anyone who knows much about network marketing will tell you is that there truly is unlimited earning potential. Some people make a little extra money, and others make a lot. Just like anything worth doing, it all depends on what you put in.

Another thing that people in the know will tell you is that you can start to earn money in network marketing from the very beginning, and that as you learn more and more, you’ll earn more and more. You don’t need to start out with “an education”. You get that as you go.

This concept is in contrast to the idea of going off to college, sometimes for several years and to the tune of thousands upon thousands of dollars. I’m not saying you shouldn’t go to college or that a college education isn’t good. What I’m saying is that with network marketing, you’re learning the business at the same time that you’re earning from the business. With college, you learn your field, and then try to break into it with your diploma in hand.

Author and Speaker Jim Rohn said something very wise: “Formal education will earn you a living. Self education will earn you a fortune”. Jim Rohn, as usual, is making complete sense.

A formal education is fine – it will get you a job and you’ll be able to work at that job and make a living, pay your bills, and hopefully get along steadily in your life.

But self education can be even more valuable because it’s the kind of education that comes from experience – from being in the thick of things – in the trenches, so to speak. Self education is the kind that forces you to learn by doing, and that kind of education is what sticks with you and molds you into a stronger businessperson, a stronger leader and a strong example for others.

With network marketing, as you’re learning the business, you’re earning. This is excellent because you can see right from the start that you’re doing something worthwhile and making progress, on top of the extra money! You learn more about perfecting your methods and yourself, and you’ll learn business skills and marketing skills. The money is nice, the skills are worth far more…

With Network Marketing there is also no limit to the amount you can earn. Really, your potential is limitless. There are no salary caps in network marketing. You don’t have to slug away for years, getting deeper and deeper in debt, before you see the fruits of your labor.

You can start learning the ropes from day one, and you can start earning an income from day one. That’s the beauty of Network Marketing.

7 Keys To Grow The Action Habit.

A very good friend of mine passed this on to me sometime ago. Take a look at the 7 Keys To Grow The Action Habit.

1. Don’t wait until conditions are perfect – If you’re waiting to start until conditions are perfect, you probably never will. There will always be something that isn’t quite right. Either the timing is off, the market is down, or there’s too much competition. In the real world there is no perfect time to start. You have to take action and deal with problems as they arise.The best time to start was last year. The second best time is now!

2. Be a doer - Practice doing things rather than thinking about them… Do you want to start exercising? Do you have a great idea to pitch? Do it today. The longer an idea sits in your head without being acted on, the weaker it becomes. After a few days the details gets hazy. After a week it’s forgotten completely. By becoming a doer you’ll get more done and stimulate new ideas in the process.

3. Remember that ideas alone don’t bring success – Ideas are important, but they’re only valuable after they’ve been implemented. One average idea that’s been put into action is more valuable than a dozen brilliant ideas that you’re saving for “some other day” or the “right opportunity”. If you have an idea the you really believe in, do something about it. Unless you take action it will never go anywhere.

4. Use action to cure fear – Have you ever noticed that the most difficult part of public speaking is waiting for your turn to speak? Even professional speakers and actors experience pre-performance anxiety. Once they get started the fear disappears. Action is the best cure for fear. The most difficult time to take action is the very first time. After the ball is rolling, you’ll build confidence and things will keep getting easier. Kill fear by taking action and build on that confidence.

5. Start your creative engine mechanically – One of the biggest misconceptions about creative work is that it can only be done when inspiration strikes. If you wait for inspiration to slap you in the face, your work sessions will be few and far between. Instead of waiting, start your creative motor mechanically. If you need to write something, force yourself to sit down and write. Put pen to paper. Brainstorm. Doodle. By moving your hands you’ll stimulate the flow of ideas and inspire yourself.

6. Live in the present – Focus on what you can do in the present moment. Don’t worry about what you should have done last week or what you might be able to do tomorrow. The only time you can affect is the present. If you speculate too much about the past or the future you won’t get anything done. Tomorrow or next week frequently turns into never.

7. Get down to business immediately – It’s common practice for people to socialize and make small talk at the beginning of meetings. The same is true for individual workers. How often do you check email or RSS feeds before doing any real work? These distractions will cost you serious time if you don’t bypass them and get down to business immediately. By becoming someone who gets to the point you’ll be more productive and people will look to you as a leader.

It takes courage to take action without instructions from the person in charge. Perhaps that’s why initiative is a rare quality that’s coveted by managers and executives everywhere. Seize the initiative. When you have a good idea, start implementing it without being told. Once people see you’re serious about getting things done they’ll want to join in. The people at the top don’t have anyone telling them what to do. If you want to join them, you should get used to acting independently.

How To Build A Downline.

In Network Marketing in order to achieve success we must understand, How To Build A Downline and have It duplicate. There is no magical formula to do this, however there steps you can take to do it right. Here is some solid information I received that I believe will help you in this process.

Regardless the controversy that the term Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) or Network Marketing brings to mind when mentioned in a conversation, the success of such an industry cannot be denied at the moment.

The long existence of multitudes of MLM organizations is a wonderful indicator that network marketing is here to stay and flourish. As such, additional people are trying to join the bandwagon.

Most people do not know how to build a duplicating downline, but hopefully with the tips to be presented, one may be able to gather a well generating force that almost immediately translate into a productive MLM business.

Multi-level marketing certainly entails leadership, specifically when building a downline. Since building a downline is only another designation for the recruitment process, great people management skills is important in order for the downline to operate well, and thus duplicate.

A lot of people think that network marketing is a self-generating business, but if that was the case, then no MLM organization would have had failed. Downlines certainly not duplicate on their own, even if the product being marketed is perfect. The people in the downline are to be trained and mentored well or else the business would take no direction and would lastly fall flat.

The person on top of the downline may be able to sign multitudes, but that does not guarantee duplication. Without a clear direction, the network would not expand towards success, but instead be paralyzed. The ones on top may easily put th e blame on the ones at the bottom, but who recruited the people down there anyway’ Managing a multi-level marketing organization entails a lot of generosity and selflessness.

Duplicability is after all not just the expansion of people in number, but the duplication of the success throughout all the people in the downline.

It is a sad fact in human life that a lot of people think only for themselves. The people on top could think only of their success and see the ones under as nothing but machines to propagate the success. But that cannot happen in multi-level marketing.

In order for the top to succeed, the bottom should be able to succeed as well. When building a downline, one should have a mindset that allows the success to trickle downwards, and not just to remain on top.

The Leaders should be able to share and teach the downline the same philosophies and techniques so that the success of the top could be replicated by people in the downline.

Building a duplicating downline actually means duplicating one’s self. This means that when building a downline, one does not just inform people how to sell, rather, one influences or even infects others with one whole self, well at least just the business component of one’s self.

When building a downline, one has to transmit the psyche of the top to the bottom, the bottom should be able to act in the same way as the ones on top. The downline ultimately becomes one with their leader, they should be able to share the same dreams, anxieties and hopes so that the success that the ones on top experienced would be replicated by the ones on the bottom.

This speaks a lot about the recruitment process itself. True that is hard to enlist exact copies of the ourself, but one has to carefully enjoin individuals who have the capacity to act and think in the same wavelength as the sponsor.

In this light, the leader of a network marketing organization should reflect and see how the connection with the downline, or the prospective downline is. First one has to be sure if the people in the downline could relate with the leader and vice-versa. Duplication is unachievable without proper relation. Second, the leader should act in a way that is not so alienating to the downline, otherwise they might think too highly of the leader that they might assume they would never be able to be like him or her.

Again a duplicating downline should have a duplicable top. With this in mind, building a duplicability can be ensured as well as the success of the business.

The Effect Of Personal Development

Personal development is essential for every individual, especially in business. We’ve been taught to separate our business lives and our personal lives as the two often don’t mix well together. When doing business, we walk around with an entirely different mentality than we do during our time off, which often leads to differing personalities that simply don’t work interchangeably. These places are two different worlds, and within them, we turn into two different people. It doesn’t seem logical to put them together. That being said, there are certain situations that merit a reason to mix personal and business life, and one such instance rests in the matter of personal development.

Through personal development, you create a better place for yourself to be, which often transcends to a better attitude and more success overall. While this is often a process that occurs exclusively out of the office, there is a great need to merge new developments into a business environment so that you can access those tools for success in both your business and in your personal life. Two people can have the same skills, so there’s no reason to say that your two different lifestyles can’t share in the same development.Â In fact, personal improvement is actually one of the best ways to start seeing success in the business world because you take a lot of the mental struggles away. That frees your mind for success.

But what is personal development? Well, that term entails the process of mentally preparing yourself to achieve greater things. This may be done by something as simple as looking at an event from the past and acknowledging your mistakes, or it can go as far as completely adjusting your outlook on life. It just depends on how much development you really need. There’s always room to make yourself better though, and an attempt at self improvement can vastly impact the success of your business and personal life alike. You just have to know what to work on first.

The easiest thing to do to really achieve personal development is to start setting goals for yourself to reach. They can be as simple or complex as you need them to be. Just make them things that you can see yourself actually achieving. Once you’ve found success, then set another goal, and another, and another until the cycle leads you to becoming the successful person that you really want to be. Duplication In Network Marketing

In order to build a real business you must have Duplication In Network Marketing . Duplication is fundamental to achieve any real success in your business growth. Duplication is the traction that creates your business growth. With the right duplication system you will create incredible success in your network marketing, mlm business.

Simply defined duplication means to make an exact copy of the original and to repeat over and over. Duplicate in Latin means to double. In network marketing and mlm, that is our goal. You start with you, you double and now there are two, the two of you double and now you have four. The four goes to eight, eight to 16, 16 to 32 and on and on until your ranks are going so quickly they are unstoppable. Now I have to be honest in networking it is not a perfect geometric growth curve most of the time. If you want to use the word doubling in your organization you must understand duplication.

The key to duplication in your business is training. You have to keep in mind duplication works both ways the good and the bad. If you duplicate all the wrong things your organization will never grow. And example of the wrong way would be to just find new people, sign them up and forget them. Good sponsors in network marketing and mlm take responsibility for the people they bring into the business. They train them properly and support them well. If you duplicate wrong your results will show it however if you duplicate properly your organization will grow strong and success will happen for everyone in your group.

In order to get positive duplication you will need to present yourself and approach your business as a model of a system everyone can duplicate. Keep your system simple,be sure what you have setup can be done by virtually everyone.

Most of us have heard the phrase, If You Give A Man A Fish You Feed Him For A Day, but If You Teach A Man To Fish You Feed Him For A Lifetime. That’s just what we do in network marketing we teach people to fish so there life can become abundant and full.

Today in our economic downturn, the only job that you have any guarantees about keeping is one where you are your own employer. Trust me that is the truth! KEEP PEOPLE IN THE KNOW

Your goal is to become a transformational leader, the kind of person that motivates and inspires people to perform at levels far beyond anything that they had previously thought possible. Transformational leaders empower others by keeping them “in the know,” by keeping them fully informed on everything that affects their jobs. People want and need to feel that they are “insiders,” that they are aware of everything that is going on. There is nothing so demoralizing to a staff member than to be kept in the dark about their work and what is going on in the company.

GIVE REGULAR FEEDBACK

One empowering behavior practiced by transformational leaders is regular feedback on performance and results. People need to know how they’re doing so they can improve if performance is below standards and so that they can be proud of their successes. The more feedback you give to people, the better it is, as long as the feedback is objective and not critical. My friend, Ken Blanchard, says that, “Positive feedback is the breakfast of champions.”

PRAISE GENEROUSLY

Be generous with your praise and encouragement. Remember, people are the only asset that can be made to appreciate in value by giving them warmth, respect, approval and by creating a climate of positive expectations.

SET HIGH STANDARDS FOR YOURSELF

What companies and countries and institutions need today are courageous visionary leaders who are committed to creating an exciting future for themselves and others. You have within yourself the ability to evolve and grow as a leader and to make a real difference in the world around you. And the one thing you can know for sure about yourself is that, no matter what you’ve accomplished up to now, there is far more that you can do.

As you practice the behaviors of effective leaders, you will grow more and more toward the realization of your full potential. It’s completely up to you.

ACTION EXERCISES

Here are two things you can do immediately to put these ideas into action in your work.

First, hold regular meetings in person or by phone with your people and tell them everything that is going on. Invite their comments, questions and concerns. Make everybody feel as if he or she was an insider in the organization.

Second, continually look for opportunities to give positive feedback, praise and encouragement. People need praise and encouragement like roses need rain and sunshine. Take very opportunity to make people feel better about themselves and their work.

The Right To Lead

Here is a question you may want to ask yourself…What gives a man or woman the right to lead?

It certainly isn’t gained by election or appointment. Having position, title, rank, or degrees doesn’t qualify anyone to lead other people. And the ability doesn’t come automatically from age or experience, either.

No, it would be accurate to say that no one can be given the right to lead. The right to lead can only be earned. And that takes time.

The key to becoming an effective leader is not to focus on making other people follow, but on making yourself the kind of person they want to follow. You must become someone others can trust to take them where they want to go.

As you prepare yourself to become a better leader, use the following guidelines to help you grow:

1. Let go of your ego.

The truly great leaders are not in leadership for personal gain. They lead in order to serve other people. Perhaps that is why Lawrence D. Bell remarked, “Show me a man who cannot bother to do little things, and I’ll show you a man who cannot be trusted to do big things.”

2. Become a good follower first.

Rare is the effective leader who didn’t learn to become a good follower first. That is why a leadership institution such as the United State Military Academy teaches its officers to become effective followers first – and why West Point has produced more leaders than the Harvard Business School.

3. Build positive relationships.

Leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less. That means it is by nature relational. Today’s generation of leaders seem particularly aware of this because title and position mean so little to them. They know intuitively that people go along with people they get along with.

4. Work with excellence.

No one respects and follows mediocrity. Leaders who earn the right to lead give their all to what they do. They bring into play not only their skills and talents, but also great passion and hard work. They perform on the highest level of which they are capable.

5. Rely on discipline, not emotion.

Leadership is often easy during the good times. It’s when everything seems to be against you – when you’re out of energy, and you don’t want to lead – that you earn your place as a leader. During every season of life, leaders face crucial moments when they must choose between gearing up or giving up. To make it through those times, rely on the rock of discipline, not the shifting sand of emotion.

6. Make adding value your goal.

When you look at the leaders whose names are revered long after they have finished leading, you find that they were men and women who helped people to live better lives and reach their potential. That is the highest calling of leadership – and its highest value.

7. Give your power away.

One of the ironies of leadership is that you become a better leader by sharing whatever power you have, not by saving it all for yourself. You’re meant to be a river, not a reservoir. If you use your power to empower others, your leadership will extend far beyond your grasp.
