Its amazing to me that so many people really don’t realize that their attitude of gratitude is so very important to a rich, full, abundant life.  I speak with way to many people on a regular basis who have what I refer to as stinkin thinkin.

Stinkin Thinkin!!!

These folks are always down on themselves and everyone else.  If only they realized that whatever is going on in their mind is manifesting in their day to day lives.  You always attract to you, your dominant thoughts.

If you go around with a  negative mental attitude, then guess what everything will be negative for you.

Have you ever noticed people who are always sick speak of their sickness a lot.  They are attracting their own dominant thoughts.  If you want to change your life, change your attitude and thinking! Just remember you always get what you are thinking so erase the negative thoughts and replace them with thoughts that make you feel good.  I tell people you only have one lifetime let it be a happy one.

Here is a little exercise I coach my people on to assist them in improving their thinking and mental attitude.

I instruct them to daily list 3 things they are grateful for, every day for two weeks.  Not just to write them in their journal but to also spend time thinking and reflecting on each one.

Then we move up to four things for two additional weeks.  This may seem simple but when you have to write it 3 or 4 times each day it requires some think time.  You can’t write the same thing but once every two weeks.  I repeat the process with them until we have gotten to 10 things they are grateful for each day.

When you are living in a life full of gratitude no longer will your mind be full of negative thoughts. Their is no room for them, when you appreciate how full and abundant your life really is.

Your life becomes full of joy, happiness and achievement.  Everything you do just works better. You are blessed with everything you are searching and hoping for.

It is so important you feel good and have a great attitude each and every day of your life.  I was blessed to read a great book by Napoleon Hill and W. Clement Stone as a young man called Success Through a Positive Mental Attitude.  This book truly changed the course of my life and I still recommend it today!

In order to succeed in mlm direct sales you must develop a strong leadership team. This takes time and effort on your part. I consider the MLM model as “Brandchising ” which is a bit different then “Franchising”.  The differences are quite obvious, we aren’t required to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to get started. We don’t have to manufacture, ship or produce product. Our job is to locate great people and introduce them to our products and opportunity then to help them become Leaders in our teams.

You first must become the Leader you are looking to bring into your organization.  The people in your organization will respond to your challenge to take the leadership mantle when they see what you do, not what you say.  You must lead your people by example.

Some of the greatest books you can read to develop your leadership skills are Think and Grow Rich, 21 Irrefutable laws of Leadership, Secrets of the Millionaire Mind, and the Seven Habits.

One of my good friends and mentors Dan McCormick says Readers Are Leaders and I agree 100%. Dan also recently authored a great book I suggest called Lessons From Great Lives. It is great reading.

Another friend and mlm direct sales leader, Nathan Ricks says the faster you create your Leadership Team the sooner you will have Success in mlm direct sales.
