Brand Marketing, Creating Your Brand, is a hot topic on the lips of many marketers these days. Especially in the home and small business space. Here is information written by Richard Bravo that will assist you in branding.

Entrepreneurs around the world are looking for the edge to market their brand
and gain exposure for their business, products and services.

In this article we’re going to explore the art of brand marketing like a billion dollar mogul
and quite possibly one of the most recognized brands today.

Ladies and gentlemen, I give you

Brand Marketing Like Donald Trump:
7 Steps To Branding

the Donald

Anyone that knows anything about Donald Trump knows he is a big thinker and
even more so, an action taker. The Trump brand is a power house that encompasses the globe.

From real estate development and brokerages to casinos, hotels, golf courses, branded
consumer goods ranging from golf clubs, restaurants, an airline, a furniture collection, a
menswear label, boxed chocolates, loose leaf teas, vodka, a slew of books, bottled
water, beauty pageants, modeling, a production company, ice skating rinks and yes…
even a network marketing company.

But the Trump brand doesn’t stop there…

On top of having 2 hit TV shows, the Apprentice and Celebrity Apprentice, “The Donald” has run, ok maybe more like dabbled in running, for President of The United States of America three times.

The Trump brand is aggressive and all about kicking ass in the marketplace.
The word Trump has become synonymous with success, luxury and being fearless.

While some may say it’s too aggressive, like him or not, you have to respect what he’s accomplished.

From a sheer business perspective it’s an impressive laundry list of success and failure and never being afraid of going at it again and again and never giving up.

So let’s jump right in and get to the core of the
Brand Marketing Like Donald Trump: 7 Steps To Branding

Brand Marketing Strategy #1
START RIGHT NOW – TODAY

Here’s the simple fact of life…
Every day you wait is lost time, lost revenue, lost opportunity.

Stop waiting to be ready and just get out there and do it already.
Every day you put off putting one foot in front of the other to get started is a day
wasted.

Every day you wait is a day someone misses out on what you have to offer that could
positively impact their life.

It doesn’t matter how talented you are or how much you practice your craft and hone
your skills.

If you aren’t out there DOING the stuff you’re good at (or getting good at), none of
it matters.

Do It Already … START Now!

Like any construction project, there are phases to developing a brand.
The next phase is what I call Project Buzz
There are 3 key pieces “the Secrets” to Project Buzz:

Pre Launch

Construction Highlights

and The Reveal (Opening Night)

Learning the art of the launch sequence, Pre Launch, Construction Highlights
and The Reveal are key elements in launching a new brand or conducting
a rebranding campaign.

Here they are…

Brand Marketing Strategy #2
PRE LAUNCH

Now that you’ve started, start talking about what you’re doing. Everyone loves the
excitement around Trump revealing a new building, casino or golf course that’s being
built.

Fans, media, colleagues… they all show up to “the event” as the amazing “plan” is
unveiled. It gets almost as much media attention as the actual reveal on opening day.

This “pre marketing” mechanism includes things like getting your seed keywords in order.
Identifying your audience and profiling your potential customers.
Planning your video marketing and SEO strategies.

Now START talking with your audience… NOW.
This is where you begin to establish your position in the marketplace.

The world is your oyster…
new or old, you can CREATE the brand and position you want, whenever you want.

Plenty of brands in history have been rebranded, received a make over or just plain
started over with a new message and a new goal and became wildly successful.

Start creating buzz around your brand right now – don’t hesitate.

Brand Marketing Strategy #3
CONSTRUCTION HIGHLIGHTS

Trump doesn’t wait for something to be “finished” to start promoting it.
Marketing continues while the project is “under construction.”

While you build your brand, get out there and network. Talk about your vision, share
your message with the masses.

People love the anticipation of “Coming Soon.”
Just look at movie trailers…
it is the art of building anticipation at its finest.

Take note and get out there and post updates about what you’re doing
and share your thoughts and experience as you take your journey.

This is something critical for newcomers to the entrepreneurial arena.
What you lack in experience you can make up with numbers.
Massive action and building excitement can be just as effective, if not more,
than a long list of experience and past success.

It doesn’t matter if you’re new.
If you’re active and showing excitement people will gravitate towards you.
People always want to be part of something.

BUILD momentum.

BUILD recognition.

BUILD experience.

BUILD trust.

There isn’t a building or enterprise in the history of mankind that was instantly
there one day. They were all built, from the ground up… brick by brick, sale by
sale.

BUILD YOU.
Share the experience with the world and you will build a “remarkable” brand.

Brand Marketing Strategy #4
the REVEAL … “Opening Night”

This is where it gets super fine.
This is where you’ve gained some experience,
cultivated an audience and you’re ready to rock!

At this point you start to do things like launching your own products, doing
successful JVs, creating promotions for your mlm team…
the opportunities are endless.

How quickly you get here is up to you. And the really cool part, the reality is,
you don’t need a multi-million dollar experience or budget to do it.

You can make a grand affair of even the smallest beginnings with the power of
marketing. You can do this with a tiny list and nearly no experience.

The power is in taking action and marketing it well.

How quickly you get here is based on you and the level you are willing to invest in
YOURSELF. The more you invest in you, the more you have to offer the marketplace.
VALUE is the name of the game.

What may start as a seemingly insignificant condo, will build over time to other
deals… an apartment complex, a subdivision, a hotel chain, a casino, a resort.

Don’t be afraid to start small… The beauty of the entrepreneurial world is that
anyone with a little ambition and ingenuity can get started today.

The next phase to branding like Trump could be considered maintenance mode. These are
things you are going to do on an ongoing basis from the day you start in perpetuity.

It is vital to the success of the business and the level of attention your business
will get, to implement these strategies.

Brand Marketing Strategy #5
EXPOSURE

You must get the word out that you’re in business. And this is one of the areas of
marketing where Trump shines the most. He knows how to play the media.

Don’t wait for someone else to talk about your business.
YOU talk about your business and other people will start talking about your business.

Exposure creates buzz.

Buzz creates attention.

Attention attracts people.

Your business needs people.

.
Create “news” about what you and your business are doing.

Brand Marketing Strategy #6
CELEBRITY

This is huge!
Think of Celebrity Apprentice and how well the show has done.
It isn’t the “Mediocre People Applying For A Job” show.
It’s celebrities, famous people, competing on a reality show.

People are voyeuristic and will live vicariously through you.
Leverage celebrity figures and notable brands in and out of your industry to build your own sense of celebrity.

This allows you to piggy-back on the fame, trust, name and audience of that brands success.
Which in turn raises your brands awareness and celebrity status with your audience.

When people see you mentioned alongside a celebrity figure they instinctually
associate you with that celebrity and attach a level of celebrity to you.

This is another huge factor if you are just getting started.

One way to do this is by attending industry events.

The people you meet and the experience you have is priceless.
The pictures and video opps you have are worth thousands, even millions.

Photos and videos from the event and the environment around it.
A photo standing with a well known personality in your company.
A video interview with an industry leader.

Connect with people and talk with them on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn after
the event. These are “public” forums and platforms where the masses congregate.

Engaging in the “connected conversation” is vital.
These are all things you can do to establish the “celebrity” factor in your brand.

You hang out at cool events and rub shoulders with the super stars and recognized names
in the industry. Some of that celebrity is transferred to you by default.
Cultivate it and seek it out with intention.

NOTE:
Always be authentic… nothing is worth compromising your integrity.

Brand Marketing Strategy #7
THINK BIG !

It’s the title of one of his books and the icon of everything Trump.

The key in this secret is all about getting your TEAM together.

When you start out you may be required to “boot strap” your business.
The only thing on your mind may be “I hope we break even this month.”

You have to THINK BIGGER than that.
You have to DREAM BIGGER than that.

Are you really going into business for mediocre results?
Are you really going to take the entrepreneurial journey just to break even?

You have to BECOME BIGGER than that.

Believe me there are far easier ways to make a buck in this life than being an
entrepreneur.

To be bigger, you have to think bigger.
That means you have to envision your business and its reach outside of the limitations of yourself.

Look at Network Marketing…
What part of that phrase gives you the impression it has anything
to do with what you can accomplish alone?

This entire industry is based on leveraging the power and resources of a TEAM.
“Where 2 or 3 agree on a common purpose nothing is impossible.”

Leadership isn’t about doing everything yourself or being a super star with mega
talent.

Leadership is about seeing the BIG picture, cultivating a VISION and
ORGANIZING an ambitious TEAM to take ACTION.

We all need to belong to something BIGGER than ourselves.
Leaders furnish the inspiration for something BIGGER.
The “bigger” furnishes the INSPIRATION for us.

I hope this message empowers and inspires you to be the best you, you can be today.
TAKE ACTION… consume that inspiration and go out and inspire your community.

All The Best,

Social network marketing is an effective free marketing strategy that you can use. To be effective in social network marketing you really need to know what you are doing!

Of course not everyone knows how to market using social networks effectively. I have found facebook to be highly effective.

When you take a close look at your Facebook newsfeed what do you really see?? You see everyone promoting their latest and greatest business opportunity to anyone who will listen, and even to those who have no interest at all.

Then next month you see the same people promoting something else or you see people promoting 5+ different programs. Do you think anyone will take you seriously when you do this.. Well the answer is no. If you want to be successful at social media, you must become a marketer and not be perceived as a peddler. A marketer is constantly promoting themselves and creating their personal branding.

In social network marketing you need to promote you not products, services, or opportunities you are in.

All to often network marketers are seen as jumpers. You never know what they will present you with because its always something different. In attraction marketing you want people to become attracted to you and that is the way to get results on sites like Facebook.

Here are a few tips I can suggest when using facebook.

Add Friends – Most people add friends by adding people they consider large leaders or the big boys of networking. Then try to add that persons friends. You want to do the exact opposite. Go to different network marketing groups and also see if there are any groups you feel good about adding.

Groups – Most people add themselves to as many groups as possible and post their link to their business opportunity. Add yourself to groups of great influence. Post to the group wall a funded proposal. If the group allows videos and links, add those to the group as well.

Start Your Own Group – Start your own group around You and your interest not around your products, services or opportunity. Then offer valuable content and resources to your group members.

Your Friends Wall – Instead of posting a quick message on your friend’s wall saying hi or join my business, I suggest you create a welcome video and tag your new friends in it. Introduce yourself and let people know that you are here to help them.

Cross Promote Your Group – Contact other group members in your niche and offer to invite your group members to their group if they will do the same thing. If you put these practices into action you will achieve success.

If you would like to discuss ways to start and build your own business give me a call.

All the best,

Using Social Networks For Marketing

Right now, the best way to get to sell your products and services is by using the great marketing infrastructure provided by the internet. People today always want to be connected to their friends through the internet. One great way of promoting your products online is to use the top social networks for internet marketing.

There are so many social networking sites now that allow people to keep in touch with their friends and their families, as well as meet new friends. Probably the most well-known social network today is Facebook. Facebook allows you to easily find and connect to your friends. You can keep in touch with them, and you could even interact in so many ways. If you want to market your product, you should definitely consider doing in on Facebook. Here are three reasons why you should use social networks like Facebook to market your products online.

Reason Number 1: They provide you with a very wide market to sell your products and services to

Facebook has members from pretty much all walks of life. Almost everyone knows the site, and most people have at least one Facebook account. And the site’s statistics show that it has over 400 million active users, and half of them are active at least once a day. That is definitely a lot of people that you could promote your products to.

While their current population is very impressive, it is still steadily growing every day. If you get to reach a percentage of these people logging on the site, your business would surely be well known. And the best part of it is that using social networks for internet marketing can help attract more visitors to your business’s website.

Reason Number 2: Targeted marketing on social networks is so much easier compared to other methods

Filtering your target audience is much easier with social networks like Facebook. They have pre-filtered sub-networks that you could access to find the right target audience. Social networks for internet marketing allow you to pick out what kind of audience you want to promote your product to. You can even specifically target people who have an interest on your products or services.

What’s even better with Facebook is that you could create a fan page or group where your target audience can join at their own will. When they are interested on the content of your page, they may even try to interact with you and visit your website to know more about what you offer.

Reason Number 3: Social networks offer a great potential to boost traffic to your website

Many internet businessmen have been using social networks for internet marketing to boost the traffic to their websites. The social networks, when used strategically, can drive more traffic to your business website. If it has great and informative content, people would really want more of it. You can direct them to your website so that they could find the information that they want.

Even though using social networks for internet marketing is a great idea, it is best not to overdo it. Your visitors might get tired if you get too carried away with marketing your product. When marketing in social networks, it is always advisable to be more personal and interesting so that you would not lose the interest of your audience.

To Your Success,

This is a great posting by Beth Heilman TheHomeBizNetwork.com that explains how to let the real you shine through in social media marketing. It was so good I wanted each of you have the opportunity to read it. Below are Beths tips:

When you’re out there on the Social Sites, places like Facebook, MySpace, LinkedIn and Twitter, when you send out a request for someone to be your friend; a personal message goes a long way in getting you what you want.

For example, Facebook is a Social Media Site that I’ve been involved with for over a year. In that time I’ve had thousands of friend requests sent to me.

The ones I look at first, and the ones I’m most likely to accept are those that have sent along a personal message.

Think about it. If someone came up to you at a networking event or party, handed you their business card then simply turned around and walked away; how likely would you be to want to do business with (or even get to know) that person?

Social Media works much the same

Although these Social Sites are based online, there is still a human being at each end. Everyone still has the same feelings and perceptions as if you were standing and talking with them “belly-to-belly”.

Here are some tips for connecting online:

1) When setting up your profile, always put up a picture of yourself. Make it a photo where people can see your bright, shining face. Folks in the online world may never meet you face-to-face so that picture is all they have to decide whether to accept or ignore a friend request. It helps them get to know you.

Also, please, please, please. I beg of you. Don’t put up an image of the product you sell as your profile picture. It screams “I want to sell you my stuff” or “I want to get you into my business”. People who’ve bought into YOU, who like and trust YOU may eventually buy your product, not the other way around.

2) Your profile should include personal as well as professional information about you. It should be detailed enough for your potential new friend to get a feel for who you are, but not so detailed that they know what you had for breakfast that morning.

Ever gone to someone’s profile page and all that’s there is their birthday? There’s no info about them, their family or what they do for a living.

If they’re obviously new to the site, I usually cut them a little slack. I’ll leave the request in the ol’ inbox for a week or so to see if they add anything new. If after that time they still won’t open up, I’ll pass. Doing business online means letting people know about you. It’s not the time or place to be secretive. Leave that to the government. Did I say that?

3) My third Social Media Tip for the day goes back to my original point; sending along a message with your friend request. A message being sent with the request tells the other person that you actually took some time to seek them out. It’s very nice in our instant gratification society for someone to take time out of their day to include a personal note asking for our friendship. However(you knew I’d have a “however” in here, didn’t you?)

If you’re going to copy and paste a pre-written message, at the minimum add in your future friend’s name. I always have to smile when a request comes in that says “Hi(empty space here) , I found you on so-an-so’s page and…”. Just taking a couple of extra seconds to add in their name will show that you’re truly sincere about being their friend. Wouldn’t you feel the same way?

Social Media is a powerful medium for attracting clients and business builders to you. There is a wealth of information on Social Media Marketing just waiting for you to tap into.

Here is a great post on attraction marketing that I discovered. The author is Rachel Henke. I was impressed with what she had to say regarding attraction marketing and wanted to share it with my blog readers so here you go.

Attracting offline prospects to your website without using outdated methods like flyers and cold calling.

At the end of the day we have people we already know to invite to review our MLM business and/or people we don’t know (yet!)

Hopefully you are excited enough about your opportunity to feel positive about sharing it with your key contacts when you first join, and you have some good 3rd party tools and training to plug into to do this.

(3rd party tools just means a DVD, a website, an audio etc. that you can use as a first exposure to see if you have a real prospect and to avoid you having to be the message)

So let’s say you’re just getting started with building your online presence with social media but you’re also out and about, ‘living your life on purpose,’ networking.

How can you get these nice people you’re meeting at local networking events or in your day to day life to take a look at your business, without feeling pushy and salesy?

If we really believe in our MLM business then in this new economy we bear a certain responsibility to give people an opportunity to take a look at our MLM business right?

The majority of people out there in the big world are completely oblivious about ‘old school and new school MLM debate!’ They just don’t care!

What they may care about is finding a business model to plug into that they can use to change their life in this difficult time so I feel it’s important to move through this transitional period in MLM so you feel you have a complete system that works both on and offline.

Let’s look at three scenarios that we may have here:

1) Business networking events such as networking breakfasts etc.

Here people expect to exchange business cards. They come to ‘do business’ and meet new contacts. This is an ideal setting for you to meet professional people in your local area who are business minded.

Over the years I’ve attended so many of these events I’ve pretty much experienced every kind of scenario so nothing would surprise me but the usual format is either you officially pass your business cards around in a little box during the meeting, or you informally network with people and exchange cards with whom you want.

Both are great, the latter tends to be more environmentally friendly and time efficient because you’re not politely accepting cards that you have no interest in!

2) Day to day informal events

You meet an interesting person at a local event for example with your child, or pursuing a hobby of yours, and you are unsure what to do or how to build a relationship with that person although you think you’d very much enjoy working with them and they could be suitable for your business.

3) The ‘one shot’ prospect that would be ‘perfect’ for your business!

The ‘one shot’ prospect is the one you meet at the airport or the underground and will probably never see again. Ok with those guys rather than taking a deep breath and pitching them with all your buzz words, on your business (which I admit I would have done without the blink of an eye in the not too distant past) now you can simply chat about social media and see where they ‘hang out.’

How can you develop these relationships?

It’s probably best if you don’t even mention your business. (If you’re coming back from an International convention waving flags and high on life and jungle juice then you may need to physically hold yourself back!)

With all 3 of these scenarios you can now be less urgent in ‘pitching’ them because social media has opened up communication and the world for us in a dramatic way.

When you meet a great person at a local networking event or you get stuck waiting in the dentist’s surgery for ages and get chatting with a really cool person you can just talk about fun things.

There is no huge urgency which usually turns people right off. To meet someone for the first time and to start chewing their ear off about your business, and yes I know it is probably THE best one, and NEVER been done before.. But let’s face it, it’s a huge turnoff.

Ask questions and just relax into building relationships. Exchange cards if they have one, and say you’ll look them up on, wherever it is they said they hang out.

Are they members of “LinkedIn“? That’s a very formal and professional networking site where you’ll find thousands of interesting candidates.

Or they may be a lover of Facebook, or perhaps they are already into Twitter.

So doesn’t that make it easier and take the pressure off? Discuss the phenomenon of social media, discuss anything and everything that is fun and just connect up with them afterwards online.

No more heavy phone for first ‘follow up’ after the networking events. Phew.. I’m pleased about that.

So back to the main point of this article today; this is how you attract your prospects offline to your online sites. You start by inviting them to be a friend on the social media fun spots or fishing pools such as Facebook, and as a natural progression of your new friendship you’ll be able to expand on what you do as you connect up further.

They will see you are in business and if you position yourself well with an attraction marketing website and a little bio about you, and what information they can get free at your website they may very likely click on it without an invitation. That is so smooth when that happens.

If you need to formally invite them to take a look then once you’ve had a little look at there ’stuff’ online you are a lot more informed about what their interests and passions are. You know who you’re dealing with and can easily connect up with them and send them your link to check out to see if there is any interest there.

Attraction Marketing is not about being online, although that’s where it’s easiest for the majority to practice it. It’s about being a friend and having an attractive offer that encourages people to network with you and want to find out more about what you do.

Okay I’m wrapping this up now. I do hope that’s given you some enthusiasm to get social networking both on and offline and start leveraging your time with your website.

No flyers as I promised! Such a blessing for Network Marketing in the UK because it rains so often we are just not suited for flyering.

p.s this is a GREAT way for contacting your ‘chicken list!’ You know the guys that you feel you need to notify that you’re in business because in some way they could be an asset to your team, but perhaps you are intimidated by their success or position. These are usually the best prospects in your network circle so don’t ignore them through fear – just touch base with them using social media if you can’t bring yourself to call them.

p.s. All of this works 100 x more efficiently when you have an attraction marketing website, branding you and your business and that offers a value based giveaway for people to opt in to receive information from you. If you have no customized funnel in place to build your MLM online and want to attract prospects to you, now is the time to get one!

Thank You Rachel!

I agree with Rachel to be long-term successful, you MUST have a marketing system for your opportunity. I love mine because it offers total training in the skills of working with people, so that you get better and better ‚ and your people can plug into exactly the same system, making it far easier for you to help them.

Its true Facebook has become one of the most visited websites online. So with all these people on Facebook, the question is, “how to use Facebook for business building?”

It can be done however its important you do it the right way.

Make friends first.

The way you attract followers is simply by providing them good content in the form of questions, comments, quotes and dialogue.

You become aware of who your followers are as they read your status updates and comment on them or let you know that they like what you have to say.

Then, those followers will become a fan of yours, meaning that not only are they your friend and follower, but they will reach out to you and thank you for your contributions to your community and perhaps might even ask you what you do or how they might be able to work with you.

This can result in a new customer, business partner or both. This is simply Permission Based Marketing. One of the worst things you can do on Facebook, is to try and pitch your deal. Most people will simply ignore you, many will remove you as their friend. Pitching your deal up front before building a relationship with people is like going to a doctor and before they even ask you any questions, they are writing you a prescription. In a case like that the doctor didn’t ask you anything about yourself, and they didn’t even find out if you even have a need a prescription. You have to take a interest in a person and build a relationship first before you pitch any product or service. Remember nobody likes to be sold, but everybody loves to buy.

You must brand yourself as someone that people will come to know, like, trust and feel you have some expertise. Then, when your Facebook friends ask you about your business, that’s great. Let them engage you, and then you can then provide them with information.

Contribute to your community on Facebook often, with great value, it’s fine to include a link to your personal blog or hub page or any other Social Media that you’ve created or that has been written or spoken about you.

No one will be interested in your business opportunity, products, or services until they see that you are someone they’d even want to work with or purchase from. If all you post is business information, it clearly shows what your true intentions are and you will alienate yourself.

If you treat your friends on Facebook with respect and courtesy, if you contribute often, then chances are you will attract great people who ask what you do and what you offer and how they can get more information.

To be long-term successful, you MUST have a marketing system for your opportunity. I love mine because it offers total training in the skills of working with people, so that you get better and better‚ and your people can plug into exactly the same system, making it far easier for you to help them.

Have you wondered just how big social media for marketing really is. You hear all the stories about how huge the marketplace is and the many ways you can earn income in social media marketing.

Have you ever wondered about bloging?? What is a blogger? Or a Facebooker? Or a Twitterer? Perhaps we should just name them Readers, or Viewers or Listeners? Or maybe just the Public. Because social media doesn’t belong to a new regime coming up to displace the old media regime. It’s Everyone. It’s everyone creating content. There is Good content, bad content. It’s Everyone distributing content, linking out,and retweeting. It’s Everyone discussing, dissecting, critiquing and correcting.

If their was ever a question about the value of social media marketing in building a business just look at the box below. I think it will become very clear to you how valuable it really is.

Here is a question for you. Do you have people on your team who can really get the job done but they aren’t doing it? Unless you have zero people on your team, the answer is for sure a big YES! This is a long time battle for us in network marketing. So, how can you start motivating your team?

The bad news is this..you can’t motivate anyone just through words alone. You may get them excited, but in reality they have to motivate themselves. They must know their why the purpose for being in the business, then they have to be willing to go out an do whatever is necessary to accomplish that why and purpose.

You also need to keep in mind, people are not all motivated in the same way. I have some people who get excited about the income potential in network marketing. Some on the team just like the idea of earning a few extra hundred dollars a month. The majority are looking for more time freedom and less stress. You need to find out wants important to them and not what’s important to you so you can lead them correctly. Here are just a few ideas for motivating your people:

1. Within 48 hours of the time the sign up, help them develop a solid purpose, set goals based on their why, and set a schedule of activities for the first 30 days.

2. You need to have available a proven marketing system that anyone can do. One that has worked well for the people on my team is to help your new distributors make up a list of 20 people. They then need with your help to contact those 20 people right away. This gives your new team members the opportunity to learn by listening to an upline leader and also the chance that some of these people might be interested in what your business offers.

3. Keep your team members active by providing marketing programs such as social mediamarketing, and online marketing, e-mail marketing, advertising, post card mailings, conference calls, webinars, lead programs, etc.

4. Prepare them for what’s ahead – let them know that there will be tough times and nasty people along the way. Family members and friends may be rude to them at times, because they don’t understand the business.  Let them know that when they are excited and up, they should call their downline and spread that enthusiasm. When they are depressed and down, they should call their upline for help and understanding.

5. Team members love to receive praise and it is one of the best motivators. Constantly recognize your team members for what they are doing. If they make their first contact, let them know what a great job they are doing. When they make their first retail sale or recruit their first person, announce it to the world. As they achieve higher levels, give them the recognition they deserve.

6. Stay in touch with your team on a regular basis. In the beginning, when you only have a couple distributors, this is easy. As your network grows, it becomes more difficult. Contact your new distributors daily for the first 30 days (if possible). Everyone else weekly or at least monthly. Some great ways to leverage your time are the use of e-mail . E-mail allows you to reach groups of people with exciting new information, without a tremendous time or financial  investment, but never forget how important that personal contact is.

The key to motivating your team is to really show them you care about them. Work with your team on a regular basis to help them achieve their why and their goals.

It is important to keep yourself in the loop when it comes to news on the latest social media giants deals as frequently as possible. It gives you the opportunity to catch that wave at an early point for a longer and more prosperous ride. On that note, here is information that has been posted on several sites that I follow on Twitter latest information.

Google and Twitter recently unveiled a deal where Google will include Twitter updates in their search results. Google believes this will be truly beneficial to have up-to-the-minute data that will enhance user experience as well as they feel tweets can make search better in the coming months. This information was unveiled at the Web 2.0 Summit in San Francisco by Google’s Marissa Mayer. Marissa Mayer is the Vice President of Search Product and User Experience at Google.

Marissa Mayer had some other interesting information to share at the Web 2.0 Summit regarding a Google product called “Social Search” that is launching soon in Google Labs. Social Search will allow you to see queries from people in your social network. It will scan who you are connected to in social networks such as FriendFeed and give you results from those people. Keys to this type of search will be local information as well as image searches. You can join the Social Search experiment Here.   Social Search Experiment

According to what I’m reading on different websites Google and Twitter unveiled their deal following the announcement of Bing and Twitter at the same event, Web 2.0 Summit in San Francisco where an agreement between Microsoft and Twitter was made to inject real-time tweets into Bing Search Engine Results. Microsoft is calling this “Bing Wave 2“. This was the main topic that was covered during a conversation between Microsoft’s Qi Lu President of Microsoft’s Online Services Group, and Tim O’Reilly. Now of Coarse he did cover some of his other overall goals with Microsoft and search, but of coarse “Bing Wave 2“ was the really hot topic. Video

Here is New Bing With TWITTER BETA Video…

Another feature that is soon to come to the new version of Bing will be Facebook data, but that is still in the works and it’s vague as to how that will work. Because Microsoft has Twitters entire public feed to work with, they claim it is like a better version of Twitter search. When you perform a Twitter search on the New Bing it will give you the top links shared related to your query, and the most recent tweets. Yes! I did say the most recent Tweets for those of you who do not use Twitter often this can be very important on showing you the value and importance in the near future on tweeting as often as possible. When it comes to the top links shared it usually shows that people think those specific tweets hold value, which may help you on finding quality content. I think those features will be very meaningful. Based on the facts I read about the recent tweets constantly updating in a real-time feed including an actual pause button for the real-time feed I think is a great feature, and there is also a retweet button to easily tweet and retweet what you find to be interesting or valuable content in your search results.

It appears Live Real-Time Social Content is obviously making another big jump. My goal is to keep you updated because for those who are not familiar or involved in these tools you may get left behind……

Here is link to service – New Bing With TWITTER BETA

I gathered this information from multiple post but you can find all linked or relative information by going to Techcrunch. This information was posted on Techcrunch by Author MG Siegler

All Relative Links and Information spawn out from article below.
