Impact Recession

So many people in our country are hurting today because of impact recession.  The economy, bad investments, increased costs, and every day the list seems to get longer.

People who a year or two ago thought they were home free financially are finding out this is not the case.  It is imperative today to have a back up financial plan.  People you can’t depend on anyone else.  The government not going to help you, big business is not.  It’s up to you.

So let’s assume you have decided it makes good sense to get another source of income, what do we do?  Your options are endless; in fact you can waste the rest of your life deciding what you want to do.  Some options might be working either part-time or full-time for one of the larger retail, or big discount department stores.  The advantages are it’s fairly easy to get hired.  The disadvantages are minimum wage or a little higher, working a schedule, and having a boss.

Most people when they reach their “golden years” like to travel and do the things they have always dreamed of which takes at least 2 things: money and time; if you have the money to travel then working for someone else might not be the answer, as it’s no different than your life before, because you have no time.

Also working for someone else you need to be in good health as you can’t miss work.  So working for someone else might not be the answer.

Maybe you want to go into a business like Real Estate, you’ll need to go to class and then take and pass the Exam and find a brokerage office to park your license.  It might take you weeks, months or years to make your first sale, however during that time you have been paying rent, advertising, and taking trips.  Forget it you need to be there for your prospects.  And most of your work will be done at night and on the weekends.  So Real Estate might not be a good option.

Let me suggest that you consider a home based business.  There are many great products and companies.
